The DEGA S-EX II acoustic signaling siren is part of the DEGA gas detection system. It is designed as a compact device for installation in potentially explosive atmospheres, requiring ATEX/zone 2 certification. It is equipped with internal switches that can be used to select up to 49 types of audible alarms. Power supply in an explosive atmosphere must be provided by a Zener barrier or galvanic isolator.
